PariPulse Responsible Gaming
PariPulse NG supports the principles of responsible gambling, recognising that while online gambling can be enjoyable for many, it can be a source of problems for some. Signs of problem gambling include a compulsive desire to gamble, a desire to win back losses and a loss of control despite negative consequences.

General
- Problem gambling can have a negative impact on mental health, leading to depression, anxiety and suicidal thoughts. They can also worsen family relationships, affect work and study, and in some cases lead to financial difficulties or offences. Gambling should be a source of enjoyment, not a way of making money. Unfortunately, abusing them can cause serious problems. We care about our customers and are committed to providing a safe and reliable service that they can use without negative consequences.
- Our company strictly prohibits gambling for minors (persons under the age of 18). We do not direct advertising of our products and services to minors or people with mental disorders. We ensure that our advertising and marketing activities do not contain information that could attract minors to our service.
- If you share a computer with minors, make sure they do not have access to your credentials, passwords and banking information. There are programmes such as NetNanny and Cyber Patrol that help to restrict access to gambling.
- We regularly check the age of our customers to ensure that all players are of legal age.
- In cases where we cannot confirm a customer’s age, we request additional information for verification;
- Access to a personal account may be restricted until we can confirm the age of the customer;
- Access to your personal account may be temporarily restricted and funds frozen until we receive the necessary information to verify your legal age. The legal age to participate in betting and gambling is determined by the laws of your country and is usually 18 years of age;
- Our customers should be aware that they are responsible for their legal registration on PariPulse.
5. We ensure that our advertising campaigns and adverts do not mislead customers and provide accurate information about our services. Customers are informed about the chances of winning and possible risks. Services are provided on a fee basis and we do not encourage excessive spending. To assess your level of gambling addiction, answer ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ to the following questions:
- Has your spending become uncontrollable?
- Do you have to borrow money or steal to keep gambling?
- Have you started spending less time with your family and loved ones?
- Are you annoyed by the opinions of others about your gaming activities?
- Have you lost interest in your hobbies or habitual activities?
- Do you feel depressed or sometimes think about suicide because of your losses?
- Have you ever lied about time or money spent gambling?
If you answered yes to most of these questions, you may have a gambling problem.
6. It is never too late to recognise an addiction and start fighting it. We care about our clients and will not contribute to problems. Read on for tips to help you reduce your risk of developing a gambling addiction:
- Don’t view gambling as a way to make money;
- Set limits on the time and money you are willing to spend, and adhere strictly to those limits;
- Play only with funds that you can afford to lose;
- Avoid the temptation to try to win back after losses;
- Do not gamble while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or in moments of depression.
7. For customers who wish to limit their gambling activity, we offer a voluntary self-exclusion service. This allows you to close your account or restrict your gambling activity for a period of 1 month, 6 months or 1 year. After self-exclusion, your account will be blocked until the end of the selected period. After this time you will be able to use all the services of the site again.
You may request that your account be de-restricted before the self-exclusion period ends, but the Company will make the final decision.
If you wish to place restrictions on your online activity, please contact us at [email protected]. We may limit the maximum amount of your wager. Changes to limits may be made at any time, but they will not take effect until 24 hours after the end of the current limit period.
8. You are prohibited from opening a new account during the self-exclusion period. You accept that the Company is not financially responsible and cannot be held liable if you continue to gamble or use a new account on the Service under a different name or address. In rare cases, a customer’s account may be unlocked before the self-exclusion period is completed.
