Anti-Money Laundering

PariPulse Bets takes all necessary precautions against international terrorism and money laundering (AML Policy). As a result, the business is in a good position to stop any illicit activities. If there is a cause to believe that money that the User placed into his account is connected to illicit conduct or the funding of terrorism, the Company must notify the appropriate authorities in order to fulfill these duties. The business must also execute the actions specified by the AML policy’s regulations and prohibit such money.

PariPulse is against money laundering and any illegal activity.

What Is Money Laundering?

  • Hiding or maintaining privacy with regard to the true source, location, disposal, movement, ownership, or other property rights associated with property acquired through illegal activity;
  • Converting, relocating, acquiring, possessing, or using property acquired through criminal activity in order to hide its illegal source or help criminals evade legal repercussions for their actions;
  • Or a circumstance where the property was acquired through illegal activity on the territory of another state.

Most of the countries struggle against terrorism financing and money laundering in order for illegal capital not to be permitted into the state economy.

It has implemented internal laws, rules, and certain procedures to assist various international organizations’ efforts in combating money laundering and funding of terrorism.

When creating an account on the platform, you accept and agree to undertake the next obligations:

  • You hereby undertake and agree to conform to the AML Policy and all the relevant laws and regulations related to combating money laundering and terrorist financing;
  • You hereby declare that you do not know of or suspect that funds used for deposits in the past, present, or future have been derived from an illegal source or are related to money laundering activity, or any other forbidden activity by applicable law and directives of international organizations;
  • You guarantee to promptly provide any information we may need in compliance with applicable laws and regulations so as to neutralize the legalization of money obtained through unlawful means.

The User’s passport or other ID is stored by the company, and every modification in this account is tracked.

It is allowed to ban the user at any time if the company has some reason to believe that an operation is somehow connected with money laundering or criminal activity. The Company monitors the suspicious activity of the account, including special condition operations, conducted by a user. Under international law, the Company is under no obligation to inform the User about his dubious action or inform him that this fact has been sent to competent authorities.

The company performs initial and continuing personal identification verification procedures in accordance with internal AML procedures based on the risk profile of each customer.

  • It will only ask for the bare minimum of information in order to verify your identity;
  • The business shall record and store all information and identification along with the results of verification procedures and the methods of verification that have been used;
  • The business will match your personal information against the list of suspected terrorists, compiled by independent and reputable governmental agencies. The minimum identifying information of the User shall include full name, date of birth, residence address or registered address, and the sources of cash you intend to deposit into the account.

The following papers might be required for the company’s validation and certification of the exactness of such data:

  • Passport, ID card, or other documents, which prove the following: user’s name, date of birth, and photo; the document should be issued by the national government;
  • Recent utility bill payment receipt no older than three months or other documentation to prove the address.

Other information may be deemed necessary by the business but with relevant documentation to that effect. In certain cases, the Company may also ask the User to provide attested copies of his/her documents.
